Portrait mode

🖼️ Change the orientation of your video from portrait to landscape and vice versa on demand.

There are scenarios where the customer's screen is in portrait, let's say if he/she has joined from a mobile device or a tablet or event a Kiosk that has our widget in portrait. In this case the agent's video is in landscape since he will be sitting in front of a desktop computer with a mounted camera. This results in unused real estate in the screen.

That's why we introduced portrait mode! Now the agent only has to enable portrait mode.

The video ratio changes and now more screen real estate is used.

The video ratio on the recorded video does not change. The video on the recording will continue to be the same as before enabling portrait mode.
