Our integration constists of two major parts.

  • The Agent UI. A powerfull fully featured suite with all the tools to support the needs of your agents.
  • The Auvious Widget. A highly customisable widget that you can add to your existing website.

When integrating with Genesys our widget is optional. Our solution also works with the default Genesys widget, leveraging all communications throughout the chat interaction.

Getting started

Genesys Cloud

Before installing auvious as a Genesys premium application you must first ensure that specific permissions have been set on your Cloud User correctly. Please refer to the section Prerequisites for more information.

Geneys Engage

Installing auvious as a Genesys Engage application requires that some manual steps be performed. Please contact us for more information.
