NICE CXone

Auvious in CXone needs to be provisioned by our team.

Request for an auvious application instance

Please contact us to provide you with your own application instance. This is needed when we create a Studio Script and it holds all the specific configuration to your organization. You would also need to specify the region you would like the instance to be. We will give you back a url that is pointing to your specific region and instance.

Roles and Permissions

Auvious requires access to the CX-one API. You will need to enable the 'API access' toggle in Roles / Permissions / ACD / 'API Access' for each of the agend, supervisor and administrator roles you have setup for your NICE users.

Once you setup auvious in CXone and open our application, the first user will be granted administrator rights. By visiting auvious settings / members, the administrator can upgrade other CXone users to supervisors and administrators as well.
